The most beautiful campervan tours for beginners

A motorhome tour offers you many advantages compared to a classic package holiday. You are flexible and independent and can change your route and destination at any time. You don't have to book expensive hotels and you don't have to rely on expensive restaurants. Instead, you can cook in your camper and always have your home with you.

In addition, a motorhome vacation is perfect for people who like to be in nature and enjoy freedom. You can spend the night in the most beautiful places in the world and will always be surprised by new landscapes and impressions.

Before we get to the tours, we would like to give you a few important tips that will help you on your first motorhome tour:

  • Take enough time to plan
  • Stay overnight at campsites - they have electricity and water
  • Plan enough time for the trip - with a motorhome it can take a little longer
  • Don't pack too much - even our campers sometimes reach their limits

The Salzkammergut circular tour is perfect for beginners who want to start in Austria. The tour leads through the beautiful landscape of the Salzkammergut and offers breathtaking views of mountains, lakes and forests. You can find further information about the Salzkammergut region here:

If you have time, you should definitely visit Mozart's city or take a boat tour on Lake Wolfgang to experience the picturesque surroundings even better.

Further along the route we head to Bad Ischl, a small town with a rich history and numerous cultural attractions. From there we continue on the B145 along Lake Traunsee to Attersee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the region.
